Applications are available to families who have completed both a Discovery Session and Guided Observation as part of our enrolment pathway.
If you have completed these experiences, please use the Application Access Code provided by CCM to continue with your application.
A non-refundable $250 application fee applies and will be invoiced once your completed application has been received.
If you have not yet attended a Discovery Session and Guided Observation, please begin with an Enrolment Enquiry.
Before you start

Please allow around 30 minutes to complete your application.
We recommend having the following documents available, either digitally or as hard copies:

Copy of your child’s Birth Certificate

Copy of Immunisation Record for all applications for children aged 0–5 years

Your CRN and your child’s CRN (Customer Reference Number)

Copies of previous school reports, where applicable
As you have now completed both a Discovery Session and Guided Observation, you are ready to move into the application stage of the CCM Enrolment Pathway.
To begin, enter the Application Access Code provided to you by Central Coast Montessori.
As part of the application stage, families will also attend our Intentional Guide Seminar, designed to deepen your understanding of the partnership between your child, your family and our learning community.
A non-refundable application fee of $250 applies. Once your completed application has been received, our Accounts team will issue the application fee invoice.
The Application for Enrolment collects personal and sensitive information about your child, family members and others involved in caring for your child. Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how this information is collected, used and managed.

Our Enrolment Pathway
A thoughtful beginning matters. We encourage families to take time to learn about Montessori education, explore our approach and consider whether Central Coast Montessori may be the right fit for their child and family.
Begin by reading through our website and FAQs, then complete a short Enrolment Enquiry when you are ready to take the next step.
Once we receive your enquiry, we will provide everything you need to book your Discovery Session and Guided Observation.
Your next step: Submit an Enrolment Enquiry
The Discover stage gives you the opportunity to learn more about Montessori education and experience CCM firsthand.
You will attend:
Discovery Session
An introduction to our educational approach, Montessori principles and what makes the CCM experience distinctive.
Guided Observation
An opportunity to observe both our Preschool and Primary learning environments in action and experience Montessori education in practice.
Together, these experiences help you make an informed decision about whether CCM feels aligned with what you are seeking for your child.
Once you have completed both experiences, you will be provided with an Application Access Code to progress to the next stage.
Your next step: Attend both experiences
If CCM feels aligned with what you are seeking, the next stage is to complete an Application for Enrolment.
You will use the Application Access Code provided after completing your Discovery Session and Guided Observation to access the application.
As part of this stage, families will also attend our Intentional Guide Seminar, designed to deepen your understanding of the partnership between your child, your family, our educators and our learning community.
A non-refundable application fee of $250 applies and will be invoiced once your completed application has been received.

Every application is considered individually, taking into account your child’s needs, family alignment, community composition and place availability.
The next steps vary depending on your child’s age and program.
For Early Years (0-5), this may include:
