Our Enrolment Pathway
Our enrolment pathway gives families time to understand Montessori education, experience Central Coast Montessori in practice, and consider whether our learning community is the right fit for your child and your family.
Every application is considered individually. Steps may vary according to your child’s age, program, individual circumstances and place availability. We will keep you informed and supported throughout the process.
A considered approach to enrolment helps families make the right choice for their child.

Begin by learning more about our approach to Montessori education, exploring our website and FAQs, and considering whether Central Coast Montessori may be the right fit for your child and your family.
When you are ready to explore further, complete a short Enrolment Enquiry to let us know you are interested and book into our two introductory experiences:
Discovery Session
An introduction to Montessori education, our educational approach and the CCM learning journey from 0–12 years.
Guided Observation
An opportunity to observe both our Preschool and Primary learning environments in action and experience Montessori education in practice.
You can book both experiences directly below.
Your next step: Complete your enquiry and book both experiences.

This stage gives you the opportunity to experience CCM more closely.
Through your Discovery Session and Guided Observation, you will have the opportunity to:
-
meet members of our team
-
ask questions about Montessori education and life at CCM
-
see our Preschool and Primary learning environments in action
-
gain a clearer understanding of how Montessori education is experienced day to day
Together, these experiences help you consider whether CCM feels like the right fit for your child and your family.
Once you have attended both experiences, you will be provided with an Application Access Code to progress to the application stage.
Your next step: Attend both experiences and receive your Application Access Code.

If CCM feels aligned with what you are seeking, the next step is to complete an Application for Enrolment.
Using the Application Access Code provided after your Discovery Session and Guided Observation, you can access the application form and tell us more about your child, your family and what you are seeking from their education.
A non-refundable application fee of $250 applies and will be invoiced once your completed application has been received.
Once your application has been submitted, your family will also attend our Intentional Guide Seminar. This session is designed to deepen your understanding of the partnership between your child, your family and our learning community.
Your next step: Submit your application, then attend the Intentional Guide Seminar.

Every application is considered individually, taking into account your child’s needs, family alignment, community composition and place availability.

Outcome: A considered and supported pathway into your child’s Montessori education at CCM.

Admissions Windows: Because each Montessori learning environment is a dynamic community, the timing of a new enrolment is carefully considered. We take into account the current composition and stage of each learning environment to support a positive transition for your child while maintaining the balance and integrity of the classroom community.
Provisional Enrolment Period:
All new enrolments begin with a three-month provisional period. During this time, CCM and your family remain in regular contact to ensure the placement is working well for your child, your family and the learning community. At the end of the three-month period, we will meet with you to reflect on your child’s transition, discuss any matters that may have arisen and, where appropriate, confirm ongoing enrolment.
We look forward to supporting you and your child on this exciting journey. If you have any questions or require further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out by lodging an Enquiry
